I was going from Regina to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and I came to this sign.
There turned out to be a school there. It was a Kindergarten to grade 12 school of 250 kids. I went in and asked the Principal if I could visit a primary class and tell stories.
The Principal was very nice but he was really a high school Principal and did not know anything about Robert Munsch. He took me to a grade 2. A kid in grade two took one look at me and said “HEY LOOK! IT’S ROBERT MUNSCH”. So I got to tell stories even though the principal did not know me.
