Rene sent me back a picture of herself and of her playhouse. The playhouse was even nicer than her drawing of it!
Most letter stories just stay in letters, but I started to tell the playhouse story and it started to get really good. In 2000, I wrote Rene and asked if I could come and visit. Her Mom and Dad said, “Yes.”
